Dr. Brandt skincare – Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly accept returns for any Dr. Brandt skincare product sold during this special sale event. If the purchase was made from a different website or retail store, please return items back to the original location.

To make your return request please contact our Customer Support team via email to customerservice@drbrandtskincare.com or via our toll free number 888-271-3815 to receive a return label via email. All return labels will be a flat rate of $5.99, deducted from the order’s refund.

Please ensure you meet the requirements below, before submitting your request.

• Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase delivery date.
• We cannot accept returns on over half used or empty products. Exchanges will be only accepted for defective products or shipping errors made on our end.
• If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible for assistance. A replacement will not be allowed on damage to outer cartons/packaging only, unless damage is made to item itself.
